Drum Clamp
Drum Clamp - Forklifts are meant to handle lifting, storing and moving pallets. Automatic Tongs
Drum tongs are available both semi-automatic and automatic units which can be used in the open topped and tight head steel drum styles. The drum tongs can also be connected several different ways to the lift truck. One way is to attach them under a fork-mounted hook. Another way is to connect them to a fork-mounted jib or a carriage mounted jib. Either the semi automatic and the automatic have a drum capacity of 210 liters. With the automatic, there is no need for the individual operating it to ever leave the seat of the lift truck.
Rim Grip Handler
When drums require storage with limited area available, the Rim Grip Drum Handler is the ideal choice in drum forklift accessories. This particular attachment would work for both the 210 L drums along with 120 L drums. The Rim Grip Handler operates by utilizing metal jaws to grab the rim of the drum. It lifts the drum and puts it down without needing any space between all of the drums. The average model used in the industry is a zinc-plated handler, even though, this attachment is obtainable in stainless steel for the food and drink industry.
